Welcome to the platformMuzon.By using our site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:


1. Definition of the service

  • The platformMuzonis a technical intermediary that connects clients with independent musicians and performers.

  • We do not legally represent the musicians, but we provide a platform to facilitate the process of searching, booking, and payment.

2. Client obligations

  • The client is obligated to provide accurate information (name, phone number, event location).

  • The client is obligated to provide a safe and suitable working environment for the musician to perform.

  • If legal permits are required for the event location, the client is solely responsible for obtaining them.

3. Booking and payment policy

  • The booking is confirmed only after completing the payment process through the electronic payment gateway available on the site.

  • The prices announced on the site include the musician's fee and the platform's commission, unless stated otherwise (such as travel expenses to distant provinces).

4. Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the event:The client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours:75% of the amount will be refunded (25% deducted as administrative fees and compensation to the musician for reserving the time).

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before:The client is not entitled to a refund, in order to protect the rights of the musician who may have declined other offers at the same time.

  • In case the musician cannot attend:The client will be given the option to provide a substitute musician of the same level or receive a full refund immediately.

5. Code of conduct and interaction

  • It is strictly prohibited to attempt to negotiate with musicians personally outside the platform to ensure the rights of all parties.

  • Any external agreement made away fromMuzonThe platform completely disclaims any liability for any disputes or compensation.

6. Legal Liability

  • We make every effort to verify the identity and quality of the performers, but the platform is not responsible for the individual personal actions of either party during the event.

  • In the event of a dispute,Muzonacts as a communication channel to resolve the dispute amicably.

7. Conditions for the Performer

  • Identity and Professionalism:The performer must provide accurate information (full name, ID card photo) and recent professional photos/videos that reflect their actual level.

  • Equipment:The performer is required to own their musical instrument and its technical equipment (cables, special microphones) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Immediate Commitment:Once the performer accepts the booking through the platform, it is considered a binding contract that cannot be revoked except in cases of force majeure.

8. Platform Rights

  • Exclusive Dealings:The performer is strictly prohibited from exchanging phone numbers or agreeing with the client "off the platform" for any future bookings identified throughMuzon. (In case of violation, they will be banned and fined).

  • Platform Commission:A service fee (10%) is charged from the total booking amount for marketing and organization.

  • Cancellation Policy:If the performer cancels the booking less than (48 hours, for example) before the appointment, the platform has the right to deduct a financial penalty from their balance or deny them visibility for a certain period as compensation for harming the site's reputation.

  • Veto Right:The platform has the right to delete any profile that does not meet the required artistic level or if customer complaints about it are repeated.

9. Rights of the Performer

  • Payment Guarantee:The platform guarantees the performer will receive their full payment (after deducting the commission) as soon as the event successfully concludes.

  • Logistical Support:Providing accurate details about the event location, arrival time, and the party responsible for receiving through the app.

  • Privacy:Not using their personal data (such as phone number or address) except for technical coordination purposes only.

10. Duties of the Performer

  • Appearance and Time:Adherence to the agreed-upon attire (formal/casual) and arriving at the event location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the sound check.

  • Professional Conduct:Adherence to public etiquette and not requesting any additional amounts ("tip" or gratuity) from the client directly.

  • Availability Update:Commitment to updating their "Appointment Calendar" on the site to ensure no booking conflicts occur.


Muzon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the modifications become effective as soon as they are published on the site.
